Assessment and Approvals

Taking a project from the design stage through the approval process can be challenging.   We work to minimise the stress for our clients by managing this aspect of the development.  Our experience allows us to determine the level of documentation required for your project and how best to take your design through the approval process. 

• We prepare, collect and collate plans and reports for Development Applications, Complying Development Applications, and Construction Certificates.  

• We work cooperatively with your builder or architect, and

• We liaise with Local Councils and Private Certifiers on your behalf. 

We can look after the planning process for any outdoor project, including, but not limited to, landscaping, swimming pools, garden renovations, cabanas, decks and pergolas and outdoor rooms.
