Uses | A highly ornamental plant in Spring when it's striking large bluish purple spires are in bloom. Use as a feature plant in a sunny position with free draining soil, raised beds and on slopes. The large soft grey leaves arranged in a rosette suit many garden styles including Mediterranean, cottage and native gardens. Also fantastic for encouraging insects into your garden, bees love them. | ||

Special notes | Low maintenance, minimal water requirements. Doesn't like humidity, drip irrigation is better than a spray. Prune spent flower heads and lightly prune to encourage new growth. |
